Description

If you’ve always been intrigued by the Royals and wanted to visit all the places you’ve seen on tv on numerous occasions, then face your fantasies head-on in this exclusive Black Cab Heritage Tour of ‘The Crown’: Royal London & Windsor.

Hear the stories and explore the lives of HM The Queen and the Royal Family in Buckingham Palace in London, and your driver-guide will take you to Windsor for a day trip where you will discover 6 royal palaces in one day.

Your Private Driver Guide is a keen royalist historian, well versed with the knowns-and-unknowns of the British monarchy, so feel free to ask all those questions that were answered and you always wanted to know.

Starting from your centrally located hotel in London and it will cover the best landmarks of the city, including Her Majesty the Queen’s principal residence and working headquarters of the monarchy, Buckingham Palace.

Heading out to Windsor-on-Thames in Royal Berkshire, you will enjoy a walking tour of this beautiful and historic destination, which is very popular for those looking for a short break from the buzz of the city.

You will visit St. George’s Chapel, where Harry tied the knot with Meghan (available daily except Sunday) and Clarence House, the residence of Prince Charles and Runnymede, where the Magna Carta was signed.

Windsor Castle is the largest and oldest inhabited castle in the world, and the Queen’s favourite weekend residence at nearly 1,000 years old.

Tickets for Windsor Castle are not included but can be pre-ordered and pre-purchased with skip-the-line vouchers for you.

Booked the Windsor and Royal London tour. My mom uses a wheelchair so accessibility was an important consideration for us. The tour guide Chris reached out before the tour date to see if we had any special requests. The tour itself was fantastic. Chris was informative and engaging for a solid eight hours and was very good with answering my mom’s questions. He knew all of the wheelchair routes and tips and tricks to getting the most out of the experience. He even did well in navigating the traffic chaos in Westminster due to some protests that were occurring. I have been on many tours in the UK and other countries with my family and this was definitely one of the best.
