Booked the Windsor and Royal London tour. My mom uses a wheelchair so accessibility was an important consideration for us. The tour guide Chris reached out before the tour date to see if we had any special requests. The tour itself was fantastic. Chris was informative and engaging for a solid eight hours and was very good with answering my mom’s questions. He knew all of the wheelchair routes and tips and tricks to getting the most out of the experience. He even did well in navigating the traffic chaos in Westminster due to some protests that were occurring. I have been on many tours in the UK and other countries with my family and this was definitely one of the best.
